Privacy policy and terms of service for Hospi.biz.
When you submit the contact form on hospi.biz, we collect your name, clinic/hospital name, phone number, and any optional message you include. When you engage us for a clinic assessment, we additionally collect operational information about your facility — including staff count, services offered, procedure volume, revenue indicators, pharmacy operations, patient flow patterns, and other business metrics necessary for our analysis. We do not collect patient-level health data, patient names, patient identifiers, or any personally identifiable information about your patients.
Contact form data is used to schedule and conduct an assessment conversation. Clinic data is used solely to generate the Business Diagnostic Report for your clinic and to support ongoing engagements you have contracted for. We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell your data.
On a private server operated by Sachin B, physically located in a Contabo data centre in Germany. Access is restricted to Sachin B. The server uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Backups are maintained on the same infrastructure and on Google Drive storage associated with Hospi.biz. No copies are made to any other third-party service without your prior knowledge.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. Clinic engagement data is retained for up to 5 years from the end of engagement, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. After these periods, data is automatically deleted.

Hospi.biz services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
The hospi.biz website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural profiling cookies.
If we update this policy materially, we will inform current clients by email. The current version always lives at hospi.biz/legal.
Hospi.biz provides operational and business intelligence consulting for independent healthcare providers. This includes facility assessments, Business Diagnostic Reports, and ongoing consulting engagements as separately agreed.
The first diagnostic assessment for any clinic is provided free of charge. It carries no obligation to engage us for further services.
Revenue recovery figures, percentage improvements, and operational projections discussed in our reports and conversations are estimates based on observed patterns and benchmarks. Actual financial outcomes depend on the client's implementation, market conditions, staff changes, regulatory changes, and other factors outside Hospi.biz's control. Hospi.biz does not guarantee any specific financial result.
Hospi.biz provides operational and business intelligence analysis only. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors, Chartered Accountants, tax consultants, legal advisors, or medical advisors, and nothing in our reports or conversations should be construed as advice in those domains. Clients should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, legal, and clinical decisions.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during assessments. The client is responsible for their own compliance with tax, regulatory, medical, and labour laws applicable to their practice. The client is responsible for the decisions they make based on our recommendations.
Hospi.biz treats client information as confidential, subject to the terms stated in the Confidentiality section at hospi.biz/commitments. Clients agree not to publicly misrepresent or misattribute Hospi.biz findings in a way that damages the reputation of Hospi.biz or its founder.
All analytical frameworks, report formats, software, and methodologies used by Hospi.biz remain the intellectual property of Sachin B. Clients may share their own reports internally within their organisation but may not publish, resell, or redistribute Hospi.biz reports or frameworks without written permission.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Free assessments and their reports are delivered once and require no termination. On termination, client data is retained per the retention policy stated in the Privacy Policy, or deleted on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Hospi.biz (and its founder, Sachin B, in his personal capacity) to any client for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Hospi.biz in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. For free engagements where no fees have been paid, this cap is zero. Hospi.biz is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Hospi.biz is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or infrastructure failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
If we update these terms materially, active clients will be informed by email. The current version always lives at hospi.biz/legal. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Commitments page, constitute the entire agreement between Hospi.biz and the client regarding the use of hospi.biz and engagement for services, superseding any prior discussions or representations.
