How Hospi.biz protects your facility, and what we do and don't do.
What we see inside your facility stays inside your facility.
We do not share your numbers, your patient patterns, your pricing, your staff details, or your operational information with anyone — ever. Not with other doctors. Not with your neighbours. Not with pharmaceutical companies. Not with distributors. Not with government bodies, except as required by Indian law.
We do not disclose that you are a client of Hospi.biz to anyone. Your participation in our assessments is private. If another doctor asks us whether we work with you, we will neither confirm nor deny it.
We do not use your facility's information to benefit any other facility. Each engagement is independent. Nothing learned at one facility is carried into findings or recommendations for another.
Inside Hospi.biz, only Sachin B — founder — accesses your facility's data. No staff, no contractors, no external analysts. If that changes in the future, we will inform you in writing before anyone else is given access, and you can withdraw your data at that point if you choose.
Your data stays on infrastructure we control — a private server located in Germany, operated under Indian law. It is not synced to any public cloud service you haven't been told about.
If you end your engagement with us, you can ask for all your data to be deleted. We will confirm deletion in writing within 14 days. Otherwise, we retain your data for up to 5 years from the end of engagement, after which it is automatically deleted.
Hospi.biz earns commissions when we recommend hospital management software, lab partnerships, or follow-up tools that fit your facility. The commissions are paid by the vendor, not by you.
The commission does not change the price your facility pays for the software. We do not mark up vendor pricing. The cost a vendor quotes another facility directly is the same cost we negotiate for you.
We disclose every commission, every time. Before any recommendation, we tell you the percentage or rupee amount we receive, and the alternative options that don't pay us a commission — including why one of those alternatives might still fit your facility better. We will sometimes recommend an option that pays us less, because it's the right fit for your scale. The integrity is in the action, not the claim.
